These Terms govern your use of QuizeGpt (the "Service"), including our website, browser extension and apps. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What QuizeGpt is

QuizeGpt is a study aid that captures a question and returns an explanation to help you learn. It is not authorization to violate your school's academic‑integrity rules. Do not use it during a proctored exam, a timed quiz, or any assessment where outside help is not allowed. On pages we detect as live, graded, or proctored assessments, QuizeGpt will not answer.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information, including your age where requested, and keep your login secure. Protections and features vary by age. Accounts for children under 13 require verifiable parental consent.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no submitting AI‑generated work as your own where that isn't permitted, no attempts to evade proctoring or assessment rules, no reverse engineering, abuse, or automated scraping of the Service, and no use that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

4. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are sold through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles payment, invoicing and taxes. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in one click. Billing, cancellation and refund terms — including our 7‑day money‑back guarantee on first purchases — are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Pricing is on the Pricing page. "Unlimited" plans include up to 40 in‑depth answers per day; beyond that, answers continue on the fast tier.

5. AI output

Answers are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We show a confidence level, but you are responsible for checking important answers. The Service is provided for study and informational purposes.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We only process the content you choose to capture, and we do not sell your data.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizeGpt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
